Animation is the illusion of movement. It doesn't matter how you pull it off just as long as you have a way of doing it in order to bring your characters to life.

Looks pretty neat. I always think it's weird though when a robot, especialy one under water is waering a shirt. Why would splash woman be wearing cloth? (at least that's how it comes across with the 'streach' lines between her breasts)
I'd expect it to be more like some kind of chassy. I don't know if that's the right word.
I was kind of expecting some Sonicmega all up in here.
holy! I remember those old good days when I watched Megaman vs Quickman, then Keicho's flash movies...it was a good inspiration for me. In fact, my deal was making a serie but time and skills weren't enough. Nice to see you are making a flash movie about Megaman 9. Can't wait to see this.
originally, I was thinking in making one based on Crashman or Metalman but throughout thought production, I really couldn't see how I could make it work (especially Metalman considering he would usually be the first guy you would go for in Megaman 2) and there was also the nagging feeling if either you or El-Cid picked up on making more based on Megaman 2.
lol, also I might even make a sequel if this turns out good ^^

I'll look forward to seeing what you make! Is it just me or does megaman look particualrly pissed off? Then again I'd be mad with as many unoriginal enemies as he gets. The drawing looks good though
From this picture I should expect something good.It looks unlike any MEGAMAN flash game or movie I've seen ! All the other MEGAMAN games on NG use 8-bit or 16-bit sprites.This is the first one that'll use drawings.That's why I'm so exited.Good luck pal !
