Long story short, its a kickstarter video to fund a feature length animation parody based on the Legend of Zelda (assumingly Ocarina of Time) with comedy stylings of fans that watch family guy.....Jesus fucking christ....

What I personally find hilarious about the whole thing is that they're doing it with a straight face and acting as this sort of thing has never been done before except that it totaly has been done before by more talented people on newgrounds and youtube combined that didnt get paid outside of monitization. Hell, put together all of the short parodies and compile a collection and you can make at least 10 feature length movies.

Remember when people made flash movies for fun? Those were good times.

Check it out if you have a minute!

Long time no post, hopefully that will change soon. Since I'm officially done with school, hopefully that will mean I'll be able to make more of my own stuff

Go ahead and check it out if you like your humor black!

Bad coffee puns aside, its been a while since I posted anything on newgrounds mainly because I've been busy with university and looking for work. This doesnt mean that I havent been animating, I've actually been busy animating for other stuff both 2D and 3D.

As for 3D stuff, I'll post what I've been making on youtube during the summer for portfolio purposes.

Anyways, cya later guys :)

So, I'll be starting my first teaching week of university tomorrow. A lot of things to worry about such as money and....well, MONEY. But at the same time, rather excited. I'll be starting on the second year of my selected course, Computer Arts (good sign, right?) and once my Bursary and Tuition fees come threw, I'll be happy.

It's funny when I think back to it because back when I was applying, I really wasn't taking it seriously. I only did it because my lecturers, family and classmates wanted me to. I was sort of happy enough to leave after my second year of 3D Computer Animation and try to look for work there. How I managed to get into Computer Arts is nothing more than a lucky stumble and I only ever took it seriously when I realised that I actually had a chance of attending....sort of an unconditional

In other news, I've got an interview tomorrow afterwards for a job. Here's hoping I'll get it.

Here is my open letter to High Moon Studios...

This is just a little something I want to do for the fun of it. With War for Cybertron being a massive
hit and the release of Dark of the Moon, I feel that we're not too far away from the perfect transformers game. Theres no denying that the best developers for the job is High Moon but how can we make this the perfect G1 Transformers game? Well here are my suggestions...

Base the plot on earth;
If there was one form of criticism that many people pointed out in War for Cybertron was that the level design was boring. To be fair, it couldnt be helped considering the game's focus was based on a planet made of metal. With that in mind, basing the plot on earth can open the door for a variety of different and possibly beautiful locations such as jungles, cities, canyons and much more. But please remember to keep your levels massive because if we learned something from Dark of the Moon, underground bases and narrow spaces only brings one thing to a multiplayer match, a clusterfuck.

Being located on earth will of course also have the transformers in their earth forms. The only problem I had with this idea was how will the 3rd form work (from war for cybertron) but thanks to Dark of the Moon, That problem can be solved by giving the G1 characters stealth force. Not only this will work for the the gameplay that High Moon already have for the game, this can also give Hasbro the oppertunity to sell a new line of Stealth force toys based on the G1 characters which will also give elitests the chance to buy from a toyline that they wouldnt be intrested in otherwise...just sayin..

The campaign;
One of the best things about War for Cybertron was that the campaign were squad based chapters which led to a fun co-op experience you can play with your friends but the biggest problem with the co-op was that the Characters werent as fleshed out as they should have been. It could be a stretch but how about having single side missions based on a sole character and (like in the Dark of the Moon game) learn what makes the character special. I can imagine characters like Mirage getting sent on espionage missions and it also gives an excuse to unclude some recently created characters like Drift. Having solo mission can also show off more of what a certain character can do such as Soundwave using his cassetticons to infiltrate human bases.

As for the co-op campaign, be more creative with what you choose for the characters. Of course, you would want to fit in all of your favourite characters from the show and comics and since we have the suggestion of solo missions, we now have the oppertunity for playing as some sub-groups like the Insecticons and the Dinobots.

The story;
I can imagine writing the story of a game based on a franchise can be thrustrating to write for as you
have fanboys that will no doubt bitch about anything you come up with. Theres some that want their
continuity to be perfect while others want their favourite character to get some playtime. So far,
High Moon has been good with their story. War for Cybertron was so good that hasbro made it part of their Transformers Prime continuity which as you can imagine, managed to be as contradicting as hell. If High Moon does go ahead and continue their Transformers story from War for Cybertron, it will no doubt make things even more confusing and contradicting. They could also say that this is also a new continuity but that could also make things worse for the franchise as transformers already has about 20. Sure, its not that bad for a franchise thats been going for a quarter of a century but it is one step below the madness that is marvel's continuity. All I'm saying for the team at High Moon should be cautious.

Well these are what I beleive would help to make the perfect transformers game, what are your thoughts?

Well College is kicking my ass with sooner than expected due dates and projects which I had to start over again due to losing my damn flash drive. Don't get me wrong, I can catch up. No problem but its the fact that everything must be handed in THIS month which scares me. On top of that, I have filming which was cancelled twice due to bad weather and equipment fuck-ups which doesn't help much.

Then there's talk of university. I had a pretty successful interview for Computer Arts but what does it matter when I wont be able to afford it? I really hate the idea of having to owe a massive depth at the end of it, especially when I want to move out of the country (Conservatives hate the creative industry over here!). I just want to have a job at the end of this because you know...having money is nice.

Yeah, you young shits can scream at me and call me a whore for saying that I want money but at the end of the day, isn't that the point of having a job? Its a sad fact but true, not all of us can have shit with our parent's money. Some of us need to EARN money in order to have a meal or a home at the end of the day.

Anyway, I have a couple of short flash animations in the works so hopefully they will see the light of day on newgrounds maybe. Or not...whatever

In the meantime, here's a video review on a videogame that I'll be plugging;
